Jerry Jones(owner of the Dallas Cowboys) gave the winning game ball to the new head coach Jason Garrett. The Cowboys broke a 5 game losing strike to a 33-20 win over NFC East leading New York Giants. It was great to see the players with smiles on their faces and getting a little confidence back. Jones said they now need to put two wins together. Jones also said he saw passion on the side of the players today, something he hasn't seen in the last few games.

Chrysler has recalled over 25,000 Doge Caliber and Jeep Compass vehicles because they were afraid that the gas pedals were sticking resulting in rapid, unintentional acceleration. The pedals were manufactured by CTS Corp, which also supplied some of the pedals involved in Toyota's massive recall back in January. Some people are afraid that Chrysler will become the next Toyota, but the makers of the Caliber and Compass are arguing that the designs for the Toyota are "completely different".

              Edison Pena, one of the Chilean miners ran and finished the New York Marathon less than one month after surviving 69 days stuck in a mine. It took him five hours forty minutes and fifty-seven seconds to finish the race.
              Pena ran up to six miles a day in the collapsed mine. He said he did it to beat the mine, and to prove to God how much he wanted to live.Pena said he ran to motivate people, "to convince them that they can do what they set out to do in life."
